Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as personal care gadgets, hygiene-related items, and products marked as “Final Sale,” cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days through the original payment method (for Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed through an agreed-upon alternative method such as bank transfer).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund based on your preference.
